What is the age restriction on purchasing alcohol?
The sale of alcohol is not permitted to anyone under the age of 18. You must be 18 or Over to purchase alcohol. You cannot purchase beer for anyone under 18.
Are there any Allergens in your beer?
Each of our beers contains at least one of barley, wheat or oats. Please check individual beer info in our store.
Where do we deliver beer to?
We have partnered with DHL to deliver beer nationwide, including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders placed Monday to Thursday lunchtime will be delivered within 48 hours. Any orders placed Thursday PM to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and delivered the next day.
What are the delivery charges?
The delivery charge for merchandise is £2.50 The delivery charge for a 12x case of beer, or multiples thereof, is £3.50 The delivery charge for a 24x case of beer, or multiples thereof, is £4.90
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, Friendship Adventure will notify you by sending a message to the phone number and/or email address submitted when placing your order. Once your order is out for delivery, DHL will send a message to the phone number and/or email address submitted to notify you of the expected time of delivery. Within this, you can request a notification from DHL to alert you when your address is the next stop.
What are the return policies?
If you receive the wrong order, or your order has been damaged in transit, we accept returns and will send out a replacement order as soon as possible.
What are your Covid policies?
In line with government guidelines, we operate table service only. - We ask you to check in on the NHS app on arrival - Please keep your mask on until you are seated - Please follow the routes on the floor to ensure no bottlenecks at the front door - Our seating is socially distant - We clean all tables with disinfectant between use and at the beginning and end of the day - We have industrial-strength ventilation to keep the premises clear - We have a weekly review of our Covid Risk Assessment - Please do not visit if you are demonstrating any of the symptoms of Covid-19. - Please be mindful of others at all times.
